The goal of this website is to offer guidance and inspiration to fellow ‘yogi’s’, anyone consciously travelling their spiritual journey.
Yogini would be the feminine form, but for the purpose of my writting, all spiritual travellers I tend to call ‘yogi’s’.
Yoga literally means to ‘yoke’ or ‘union’, to become one or united with the ‘universal consciousness’.
We could say this another way;
to resonate, vibrate in harmony with the energy of the universe.
